Position 1: Accounts Executive (Manufacturing Costing)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Specializing in Manufacturing Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Support monthly closing for inventory accounting
Monitor & prepare weekly PPV/material cost tracker and highlight variances.
Conduct weekly cycle count audits & assists in annual inventory count
Monitor stock obsolescence provision and check provisions for proposed material scraps.
Update monthly costing reports & schedules.
Experienced in BOM.
Assists in management reporting as assigned by Finance Manager
Experience in SAP costing system is an added advantage
Able to work in a fast paced environment

Position 2: Accounts Executive (Fixed Assets)
Requirements:
Min a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Accounting for capitalization, transfers and disposals of fixed assets within SAP system
Co-ordinates approval of capital expenditure requests and Tracking of Capital Budget
Annual Fixed asset audit count.
Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly depreciation forecast.
Preparation of fixed asset movement schedules for tax and statutory reporting.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping/Accounts Executive or equivalent.
SAP experience will be an added advantage.
Able to work late and have a positive working attitude.

Position 3: Accounts Payable (AP)
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy, Business or Finance
3 years’ working experience and experience with SAP is an added advantage
Collection, sorting, verification, checking and vouchering of suppliers invoices
Processing of payments to suppliers
Liaising with all relevant parties ( buyers, end-users, vendors etc) on issues
Maintaining suppliers’ code
Prepare listing of GST auto-deduction by customs
Month-end close - journal entries, accruals , adjustment etc
Monthly analysis of accounts
Incharge of departmental purchases
Daily banking-in activities
Adhoc projects assigned by management
Familiar with Excel Spreadsheet

Position 4: Senior Accountant (GA)
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
Conversant with Excel and Powerpoint
Knowledge in SAP preferable
General Ledger accounting, co-ordination and preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for audit purposes
Monthly review of financial reports and balance sheet accounts
Co-ordinate and prepare Tax Schedules for tax computation and liaising with Tax Consultant on Taxation matter
Cash management and banking matter
Reconciliation of accounts receivable accounts and follow up to resolve AR issues
Supervision of Fixed asset and Accounts payable function
Good communication skills
Committed and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in leading a team of accountants / accounts executive
Min. 5 years of relevant working experience

Position 5: Manager- Financial Planning & Costing
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least degree in accountancy or equivalent.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Overall Supervision of Financial Planning , Analysis and Costing activities which would include the following:
Preparation and Analysis of cost reports, product line P & L, Annual Operating Plans, monthly financial forecast and financial reports
P & L management and variance analysis
Active participation in cost reduction initiatives
Product cost forecast and gross margin analysis
Inventory accounting and standards revision
Provide financial analysis support to operation groups

Position 6: Credit Control Manager
Requirements
Degree in any discipline with 4 – 6 years of related working experience in credit control, with at least 2 years in managerial position
Commands strong planning and managing skills in ensuring the effectiveness of company’s credit control functions which adhere to the credit control policies and procedures set
Able to appraise and evaluate credit risk for new/existing customers periodically
Independent, committed, strong analytical and deadline driven
Experience in consumer banking or lifestyle service industry (such as credit card, hire purchase, and membership clubs) preferred.
Billing
To ensure timely and accurate billing of individual and corporate accounts
Liaise with banks for processing / setup/ trouble shooting of credit card charges / Giro deductions from members
Provide billed information to Finance Department for cash flow projection
Accounts Receivables & Credit Control
Supervise and manage the Credit Control team in ensuring the quality and accurate processing of daily payments received and completion of payment applications – GIRO, Debit / Credit Cards, etc.
Supervise and approve cases for refunds
Ensuring statement of accounts and reminder letters are sent out promptly
Perform month-end closing reconciliation on amounts collected
To generate timely daily and monthly accounts receivables reports, ageing reports etc.
Identification and distribution of due customer accounts reports to the team
Making reminder calls/email or any other methods of collection to collect payments from members
Ensure prompt responses to members’ queries on billing errors, payment disputes etc.
Liaise between Operations, Sales and Membership Departments to resolve discrepancies hampering collections
Identification and negotiate early resolutions of defaulters for the team
To represent and attend Consumers’ Tribunals for the Company
