A Australia Global MNC specialising in developing Content Management Infrastructure and applications for Mobile Operators. Their clients include large multinationals in Asia and Europe.They are based in Singapore and Melbourne, Australia. They also creates value for network operators, content providers, application partners and individuals through the provision of enabling technologies at the convergence point between content, applications, network infrastructure and multi channel access devices. They focussed toward enabling enhanced services for our customers, accomplished through a balanced approach of innovative product development and integration services.
Due to expansion...they are looking for 2 x new opening to fill up these role to join them as a team:-
Responsibilities:
Designing and developing multi tiered Mission Critical systems
Networking technologies and protocols such as TCP/IP, XML, SOAP, SSL.
Worked with financial transaction concerns; distributed transactional systems.
Working experience with Perl, C and Shell Scripting
Development experience on wireless platforms (J2ME, RFID JavaCard/JCOP)
Web GUI programming experience using JSF, JSP and other Java-based technologies
Prior financial services or Mobile Network Operator experience.
Valid passport for overseas travel (<5%)
Requirements:
At least 3 years software development experience in a commercial environment.
Object Oriented coding skills in Java – J2SE and/or J2EE
Must have experience in relational databases design and (SQL) programming; Oracle, Sybase, Postgres favoured.
Must have development experience on Unix (Solaris) and Linux ; strong Unix proficiency required.
NOTE: Microsoft-only candidates will NOT be considered.
Must have experience with automated testing concepts/technologies
Must have experience using SOAP-based technologies building both clients and servers.
Must have strong written and spoken English skills.
